Empowering Leaders, Inspiring Hope Transforming Lives

The Leadership & Education for Africa Project (LEAP) partners with men and women of character to restore Liberia through education, health, agriculture, and business development. Founded in 2009 by David S. Fatorma, Jr. and Sean Towle, LEAP focuses on empowering underprivileged children, including Ebola orphans, at Light Stream Academy, while nurturing community leaders who drive lasting change.
Through expert instruction, real-world training, and a supportive learning environment, we prepare our students to meet industry standards and excel in their chosen profession. Your success is our priority — and your future starts here.
Project Highlights

Transforming Communities, One Project at a Time

Education

Light Stream Academy provides quality education to over 400 underprivileged children, including Ebola orphans. We empower students with the knowledge and skills they need to become future leaders in Liberia.

Healthcare

We are building a rural healthcare clinic to serve 5,000 residents, providing access to essential medical services, preventive care, and health education for communities that need it most.

Agriculture

Our 75 acres of farmland feed students at Light Stream Academy and local families, supporting nutrition, self-sufficiency, and agricultural training programs for community members.

Clean Water

Every well we build brings clean, safe water to a village, improving health, sanitation, and quality of life while reducing waterborne diseases for hundreds of families.
